PK Solt Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pksolt.biz, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and reaffirmed each time you log in and engage with the PK Solt platform.

These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy and responsible gaming policy published on PK Solt. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

PK Solt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We will notify active players of material changes by email and by an on-platform notification displayed at login. Continued use of PK Solt after the notified effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and play on PK Solt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK Solt does not permit players under 18 to register under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan and registering for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from PK Solt, whether at your own request through the self-exclusion facility or as a result of an account closure action taken by PK Solt.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion programme that restricts your access to online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on PK Solt. Duplicate accounts – whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household – are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PK Solt will close the duplicate accounts and may close the original account as well. Any bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without payment of pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PK Solt account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. PK Solt staff will never ask you for your password in any communication. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or live chat and we will suspend the account pending investigation.

PK Solt offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your account settings dashboard. Any activity carried out through your account before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on PK Solt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside PK Solt's control.

PK Solt accepts deposits through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your PK Solt balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for mobile wallet methods. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your balance. PK Solt does not charge any fees for processing deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited must belong to you. PK Solt does not accept deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

PK Solt targets the following processing times for withdrawals:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: within 5 minutes of approval
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 30 minutes of approval
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard identity and payment verification review. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds will always trigger a verification review, which typically completes within 24 hours. PK Solt does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal processing. You will be notified by SMS and email when your withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum of one deposit must have been made using the same method before withdrawal via that method is permitted. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Any balance containing active bonus funds may have the withdrawal of the non-bonus portion restricted until wagering requirements are met – the specific rules are set out in the relevant bonus terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

PK Solt offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes and VIP programme rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is specified in the offer terms. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and table games contribute between 10% and 50% depending on the specific game. The contribution table for each bonus is published in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded only once per player, per household and per device unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• PK Solt reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to your account where wagering is already in progress.
• If we reasonably suspect that a bonus is being claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a technical error, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on PK Solt – including slots, crash games, live casino, poker, roulette and ludo – operate using independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by PK Solt, by any third party, or by any player action outside the rules of the game itself.

The specific rules for each game are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any discrepancy between the rules displayed in the game and any summary description elsewhere on the platform, the in-game rules take precedence.

In the rare event of a technical failure during an active game round – such as a network disconnection or server error – PK Solt's server records the state of the game at the point of failure. Rounds that were completed before the failure will be settled according to the recorded outcome. Rounds that were incomplete at the point of failure will be voided and stakes returned. You may request a review of any suspected game settlement error by contacting support within 72 hours of the affected session.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Solt. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account
• Using software, scripts, bots or automated tools of any kind to interact with PK Solt games or to gain an advantage over other players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker and tournament formats
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain – any such errors must be reported to support immediately
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities or using PK Solt in connection with money laundering
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location or identity
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after games have been played with those funds
• Threatening, abusing or harassing PK Solt staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to access any other player's account without their explicit permission

9Responsible Gaming

PK Solt takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial difficulty. If you feel that your gaming activity is no longer recreational in nature, we urge you to make use of the tools available in your account settings or to contact our support team.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered PK Solt players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Changes to increase a limit take 24 hours to become effective. Reductions are applied immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will be notified when your limit is approaching and the session will end automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from PK Solt for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected period.

10Privacy and Data

PK Solt collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification, customer support interactions and marketing communications where consent has been given. By registering on PK Solt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the processing of data necessary for the operation of your account.

PK Solt uses SSL encryption for all data in transit. We do not store complete payment card numbers and we do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processing partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for transaction processing.

11Intellectual Property

All content on pksolt.biz – including but not limited to the PK Solt logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and data – is the property of PK Solt or is used under licence from the relevant rights holders. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the platform transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any PK Solt content without prior written permission. Screen recording of gameplay for personal non-commercial use is permitted provided PK Solt branding is not used in misleading commercial contexts.

12Limitation of Liability

PK Solt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or events outside our control.

PK Solt's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PK Solt is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits PK Solt's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

PK Solt may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published at pksolt.biz/terms-conditions and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. For material changes affecting player rights or obligations, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email and on-platform notification before the changes take effect.

If you disagree with any amendment to the Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In any dispute between you and PK Solt, the English-language version of these Terms will be the definitive reference document regardless of the language in which any communication about the dispute took place.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your PK Solt account or any transaction, the first step is to contact our customer support team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. For complaints that cannot be resolved informally, PK Solt operates a formal internal complaints process with a documented response within 14 business days of the formal complaint being submitted.

PK Solt makes all reasonable efforts to operate in accordance with fair gaming standards and to treat all players honestly and equitably. Our game outcomes are governed by certified RNG systems and our platform operates under documented operational policies.
