Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect – this is intentional. Set a maximum duration for each gaming session – from 30 minutes to 4 hours. PK Solt will display a notification when you are 10 minutes away from your limit and will automatically end your session when the time is up. Open game rounds are completed first and settled before the session closes; stakes from any round that cannot be completed in time are returned. Session limits reset each time you log in, so your limit applies per session, not cumulatively.
A cooling-off period temporarily locks your PK Solt account for a period you choose, from a minimum of 24 hours up to 6 months. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in to your gaming account, cannot place any bets and will not receive any promotional communications. Your balance is preserved and will be available when the period ends. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once it starts. If you decide you want to continue your break once the period ends, you can simply initiate a new one.
Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available on PK Solt. It closes your account to gaming activity for a minimum of 6 months, with options up to 5 years or permanently.
